Why I Do What I Do
I want people to feel something when they step into a space or place — whether that’s a workplace, a public venue, a heritage site, or a regional destination. They should experience the values, ideas, and energy that make that environment unique — and see your brand identity projected clearly to the world. That’s what drives my work.
I believe arts, culture, media, and heritage are not extras, but essential to how we understand who we are, where we are, and how we connect with others. They shape identity, belonging, and purpose — and when they are integrated into your brand experience, they become powerful ways to show the world not just what you do, but who you are.
My work is about embedding meaningful, relevant content into physical and digital environments as a core language of brand expression. Drawing on my background in media, museums, and creative industries vocational training, I use curated visual and storytelling experiences to help businesses, communities, and organisations reflect their values and connect with the people who matter to them.
A strong sense of place underpins everything I do, particularly the South Island of New Zealand. I believe in supporting local creative voices and widening access to high-quality, resonant arts, culture, and media — so that brand experiences are rooted in authenticity and community yet projected outward with clarity and confidence.
At its heart, this is about helping people see themselves — their values, cultures, and communities — reflected in the environments they move through every day. Whether it’s an office, a reception, a heritage site, or a regional event, I want those places to feel intentional, grounded, and alive with meaning — so your brand identity is not only experienced by those who enter but also seen and understood by the wider world.
